Ok, so I'm watching the Price is Right. So they call a new contestant down and the object to bid on is a new Apple iPad. They all make their bid. Actual retail price is $929. The lady who bids $750 wins, not the lady who bid $950 which made me confused. I thought the one who got the closest to the actual price won. Isn't $950 closer to $929 and not $750? Missing cartoon movie....?

I used to watch this cartoon movie when I was younger. It's about this two siblings, an older girl and a younger boy who were playing in the woods. Then the two kids stumble upon a feast prepared by the fairies(?) who were living in the woods. The boy who was really hungry ate one of the pastries on the table, unknown to them that there is policy that any outsider who eats anything would have to stay in the woods with them forever. Basically the current GOP/Teabag/Fox 'News'/Jesus freak party serves ONLY the interests of an ever smaller number of massive trans nationals. The trans nationals, except for 'brand names' are no longer American...they are almost nations themselves and their interests are not the American wage earner. They've moved on. China has over a billion consumers as does India. The US has 300 million consumers....that's why these companies are there. The US is at best a niche market. The trade rules put into place by the trans nationals have put the US at a disadvantage. A chinese worker makes $350.00 a month. No American could live on three times that and maintain a middle class existence. As this plays out the US worker will be poor, mostly jobless and living in a country not a lot different from Mexico. 5% of the population will own 95% of everything worth owning and the 95% will be coolies and peons. Not right away. 90% of Americans are still working though at reduced pay and in the face of rising prices. The population is growing faster than job growth and the social safety net is on its way out. All of the BS talk about who's at fault doesn't ask the real question...how has world economy changed? It's changed because we've passed from American corporations in a world where we had no real competition to a 'world economy' dominated by a trans national corporate power. Once we accept this reality we could find a way to deal with our oncoming poverty. To solve a problem you have to admit there is a problem. New irons and new problems?

So ive recently switched from some wilson irons to some titliest 704 CB and they are very hard to hit and I'm losing distance in them a lot of distnace I can still "solid contact" when i hit them but they die down way too quick at one point I hit my 7 iron 160 and now I cant hit my 3 iron that far Im doing the same with my drive I could carry it 240 easy and now I can barely carrey it 200. Do you think its the irons or my swing what can I do to fix it? thanks

Question about moblie home park, water leak issue updated?

Here is my question, the Mobile home park indicated they will be entering every home to check to see if you have a water leak, they are checking toilets, washing machines, faucets, etc., for any leak. To be clear I own this home just rent the space.They claim there is a leak and need to enter every home to see if resident is the problem or is the problem related to the park.I checked my last 6 months of water bills, sewer bill and the fee's are all the same month after month. I Checked 2 water and sewer statements from 2010 rates all under $ 30.00. I gave the office this information and they told they still need to come check to see if I have a water leak,needed to check the toilet, washing machines, faucets, etc., for any leak.The office said people were complaining of high water bills, I ask them what does this have to do with me, management indicated it is corporate policy make such checks.What is really going on here ?P.S. Teen starting her first job, who pays for what?

My daughter just graduated HS less then a month ago, she just landed her first job, she will work as much as she is needed during the summer and once college starts, she will only work part time...school will come first . The question is this: Should she be buying for the majority, if not ALL her clothes, entertainment? She is not yet 18, will be in a few months. We argued about this because I have always bought all her clothes, everything she has needed. I will be contributing to her 1st car. I will be giving her apprx 3k towards her car, IF she shows me she can keep this job and save her portion for her car (she needs to save 2-3k) she already has a checking account and is motivated to save. When she starts college in the fall, I will be paying for her classes. Currently she was added to our auto insurance and I told her I would pay for her insurance, however once she buys her own car, she will have to pay for her insurance. She somehow still thinks that I NEED to buy her most of her clothes/makeup,etc.. her words "It's not fair"! I feel since she will be working, she will now be capable of buying most of her own clothing. I do not ask for her to contribute to the household bills whatsoever. How do I get that growl in my singing voice?

I normally sing Avenged Sevenfold and Bulllet For My Valentine but I also do screaming too so my voice is kind of raspy. The bands i listen to are Avenged Sevenfold(the newer albums), three days grace, some Rise Against, Kamelot and some System Of A Down. I have tried Bullet For My Valentine, too much screaming. I've been dying to play guitar hero for months cause I haven't played that nor rock band for a year or 2 but now I can't decide if I should get guitar hero world tour or rock band 2. I say USA easily. Because all though the UK played a significant role in Europe the United States led the push against Germany AND Japan in the Pacific much more then the UK. All the UK did was get defeated at the beginning of the war at Dunkirk and just wait it out on their island. And of course after the war the USA kept the Soviet Union in check during the Cold War. I highly doubt it, because Michael Scott, played by Steve Carell, pretty much owned that series. It is no doubt that the rest of the cast, including Andy and Dwight, are hilarious. However, they only supplement Michael Scott. There are 3 more episodes left in the season, and it's debatable on who would fill in his shoes. Will Farell is funny, but i doubt he could ever take Carell's place. Other candidates were Ray Romano and Jim Carrey. I say get Steve Carell back on the show.

Condominium insurance question?

My condo had a loss in the kitchen and breakfast area. The insurance policy from our condo association (i.e., not my policy) covers the loss, and that is not in dispute. Spirit airlines- separate mom and child?

I am booked for a flight with Spirit airlines in a few weeks with my husband and sons (ages 1 and 2). We chose not to pay extra to choose a seat as we really don't care if we all sit together (Baby will sit on husbands lap) But now I'm re thinking because I am worried that Spirit will separate my 2 year old son from me. I'm really trying to be budget-friendly on this trip and think it's ridiculous to have to pay a fee to ensure I sit next to my toddler who has his own seat. I don't care what row or seat I am in, I just want my 2 year old to sit next to me. Does anyone know Spirit's policy on this? Marlin return policy for rifles?

Ok, so i bought myself a marlin 795. I noticed right when i first shot it, it kinda jammed. So after shooting about 150 rounds at the range i cleaned it. Anyways the second time i went to the range it jammed a couple times again ( im using Winchester 22 LR ). I bought blazer 22 LR ammo and it jammed when i went to the range. Now i have 22 Lr Remington ammo and it freaking jams a lot!!! It kind of scratched my outside part of the rifle because of how the shell got stuck and smashed.. I only had this rifle for 2 weeks and its doing this.. im kind of depressed about it because i hope marlin or the big 5 i bought the gun from can give me an exchange. Then you can start with the reasons why you'd like to go (need to go), like it would be an experience to see them with their new drummer Aaron, so you can observe the chemistry. Another reason would be to look into zackys beautiful eyes ;) but anyway...you can promise to be on your best behavior, do extra chores and so on (maybe you won't like it, but i promise you, the gig will be worth it.). Once your parents see that you've put a lot of though and planning into this, they will most likely agree :) These are the things I normally do to get my dad to agree for me to go to gigs. I sincerely hope you are allowed to go, because Avenged Sevenfold are amazing live, and have an amazing stage presence.

What should I call my story?

My story is about a boy (named Sam) who is dealing with a bully at school. Throughout the story the bully would make fun of him because of he is a lower-class person in comparison to the other boys at his school. Later on in the story a big fight occurs in which his younger brother is stabbed. Sam then runs away from home because he is afraid of what his parents might say or do. Umm, then I woke up and I was in a little stone room and there was a wizard. He said something in a foreign language that I couldn't understand, and handed me a pair of moccasins. I thought, cool! but as I received them, they flew at my face and molded to it. I went unconscious again, and woke up in the town. I made my way back to the resort where we were staying, and everyone was glad to see me! I guess I had been lost for some time. But yeah, that was when I learned that I had the moccasins molded to my face, around my mouth and eyes. And I've had to carry them ever since. From that unfortunate day to the day I die :/ Moral of the story: Don't accept moccasins from men with pointy hats.

They accepted full liability so their insurance (geico) agreed to pay for rental as well as damages, only there are no rental places in the area that will rent to under 21 (my 21st bday is in less than a month!) Enterprise does rent to under 21 however my personal insurance policy is only liability so they would not give me the car unless I have collision. Adding it would more than double my monthly payments and geico said they would not cover the expenses if i did that. Any guitarist can see the lack of creativity in putting an A and an E chord in every song. Angus has no talent as a guitarist. His leads are completely pentatonic. Car was wrecked in accident but cant receive rental?

I was in an accident yesterday, not my fault, other party accepted 100% liability so their insurance company (geico) is paying for damages and car rental. The only thing is my 21 birthday is less than a month away however when i went to go pick up my rental I was unable to because they require anyone under 21 to have collision included on their policy. My personal Esurance policy is only liability. Geico was willing to provide a collision waiver however enterprise could not accept it. All the other car rental policies had similar policies SO WHAT DO I DO? The other suggestion they had was find someone old enough to put me on their policy but I dont even know anyone that could do this especially in time for tomorrow morning as the rental places will be closed until tuesday. I was in an accident yesterday, not my fault, other party accepted 100% liability so their insurance company (geico) is paying for damages and car rental. The only thing is my 21 birthday is less than a month away however when i went to go pick up my rental I was unable to because they require anyone under 21 to have collision included on their policy. My daycare has a policy that says after 90 days of attending your child is only allowed 10 days of vacation and any other missed days I am responsible for payment as if my child was there. I have no problem with this, however it turns out the day care was overcharging me for months. When it was brought to their attention they said they would issue me a refund. Except, instead they went back and added up all my child's missed days of school and deducted from my refund. Please Help, So I am moving from India after completing my 11th grade. Thus, I should be enrolled as a Senior in high school in America (Piscataway, NJ).
