Marlin return policy for rifles?

Ok, so i bought myself a marlin 795. I noticed right when i first shot it, it kinda jammed. So after shooting about 150 rounds at the range i cleaned it. Anyways the second time i went to the range it jammed a couple times again ( im using Winchester 22 LR ). I bought blazer 22 LR ammo and it jammed when i went to the range. Now i have 22 Lr Remington ammo and it freaking jams a lot!!! It kind of scratched my outside part of the rifle because of how the shell got stuck and smashed.. I only had this rifle for 2 weeks and its doing this.. im kind of depressed about it because i hope marlin or the big 5 i bought the gun from can give me an exchange. I mean i did pay 180 for it and i didn't pay that much to get it jammed.. has anybody else had this problem? thanks
