New irons and new problems?

So ive recently switched from some wilson irons to some titliest 704 CB and they are very hard to hit and I'm losing distance in them a lot of distnace I can still "solid contact" when i hit them but they die down way too quick at one point I hit my 7 iron 160 and now I cant hit my 3 iron that far Im doing the same with my drive I could carry it 240 easy and now I can barely carrey it 200. Do you think its the irons or my swing what can I do to fix it? thanks
