Question about moblie home park, water leak issue updated?

Here is my question, the Mobile home park indicated they will be entering every home to check to see if you have a water leak, they are checking toilets, washing machines, faucets, etc., for any leak. To be clear I own this home just rent the space.They claim there is a leak and need to enter every home to see if resident is the problem or is the problem related to the park.I checked my last 6 months of water bills, sewer bill and the fee's are all the same month after month. I Checked 2 water and sewer statements from 2010 rates all under $ 30.00. I gave the office this information and they told they still need to come check to see if I have a water leak,needed to check the toilet, washing machines, faucets, etc., for any leak.The office said people were complaining of high water bills, I ask them what does this have to do with me, management indicated it is corporate policy make such checks.What is really going on here ?P.S. I told I will not let them in.
