If "we are committed to being smart on crime" why do "we" demand the policies of dangerous cities be spread?

Demorats rely on criminals for their voter base. Demorats need voters- namely the dead, the deadly (criminals), dead heads and the brain dead. I am now convinced that Demorat leaders in large cities are only seeking self-aggrandizement and political opportunism rather than actually creating opportunity for individual wealth and independent growth. They want people miserable and perpetually dependent on their evil policies for survival just like a pusher wants drug addicts dependent on their stuff.
